Le groupe Partouche projette de racheter cinq casinos, dont quatre français, Divonne-les-Bains, Annemasse, Hauteville-Lompnes, Saint-Julien-en-Genevois et un Suisse. L’investissement représenterait un coût total de 200 millions d’euros. Afin de financer son développement, le groupe a par ailleurs décidé d’engager des négociations avec les fonds Cinven et Permira.
