Le Conseil général du Cantal a lancé cette année un
premier appel à projets
dans les communes
de moins de 5 000 habitants pour soutenir des cafés
existants ou en projet qui souhaitent développer
leur service en faveur
de l’accueil des touristes. L’objectif est de mieux répondre aux nouveaux
comportements
de la clientèle touristique
et de conforter l’activité des cafés et bistrots qui jouent un rôle majeur dans
le tourisme cantalien.
il s’agit de creér un réseau de cafés-casse-croûte
qui proposent un café-
croûte à toute heure,
disposent d’un espace
permanent d’informations touristiques et développent des services et des animations thématiques.
L’attribution des prix aura lieu durant l’été 2006.
